Milano Jewelry Week will offer a series of immersive experiences through its Experiential Journeys, during which various local entities will open their doors to the public for unique activities and engaging exhibitions. These journeys will give visitors the opportunity to discover the charm of artisanal jewelry through interactive and performative experiences that celebrate creativity and technical skill.
Among the most exciting events is Studio Vualle | Via Carlo Pisacane, 3, which will host the performance “Scintilla di Vita” (Spark of Life), where visitors will be photographed before and after being adorned with jewelry. This unique experience aims to demonstrate how jewelry can transform individuality and ignite a spark of beauty and life. The event, designed to honor and empower women, carries a strong message that blends aesthetics with self-expression.
At BABS Art Gallery | Via Maurizio Gonzaga, 2, Faust Cardinali’s performative exhibition will also be presented as a live performance. The installation features a gutter through which polyvinyl liquid floats. The artist, by activating its flow, will use the dripping resin to create paintings on embossed aluminum panels.
Design Alchemy at Bagutta Art Gallery | Corso Garibaldi, 17 will host an exhibition dedicated to the power of female craftsmanship. Seven women who have a special connection to the world of jewelry will be showcased. They draw, model, knead, and photograph. They come from many different countries, and all are independent, creating together a unique and special alchemy.
At Sicis Jewels | Via della Spiga, 9, “The World of Micromosaic” will be presented, an immersive journey into the art of micromosaic, an ancient technique that Sicis has masterfully reinvented with modernity. Visitors will be able to admire how each piece, through meticulous processes and innovative techniques, is transformed into a vibrant and complex work of art, flawlessly blending tradition and innovation.
Finally, the experience at IPPOLITA | Via Monte Napoleone, 23 will offer the opportunity to discover the artisanal craftsmanship behind each piece of jewelry.
Ippolita’s creations, characterized by wearable yet highly elegant designs, will be presented in a journey that highlights the technical mastery, from hand-soldered pieces to the fusion of precious materials, celebrating the fusion of contemporary style and high fashion.
Throughout the week, many of these unique experiences will take place in boutiques and ateliers across Milan, often accompanied by cocktail parties that foster moments of conviviality and connection.
These events will be complemented by the new Milano Jewelry & Watches Heritage Tour, which will guide the curious through historic goldsmith and watchmaking boutiques, including Adamas Gioielli, Orologeria Gioielleria Sangalli dal 1900, Schreiber Gioielli and Villa Milano.
Visitors will have the unique opportunity to explore renowned shops and jewelry workshops, hearing directly from the artisans about the stories and evolution of these iconic brands. The tour reveals Milan’s rich jewelry and watchmaking history, showcasing the art and dedication behind each creation in their authentic context.
The Jewelry HUB at La Pelota offers a unique, four-day event where collectors, buyers, and enthusiasts can discover and purchase exclusive jewelry from 70 international brands, showcasing over 2,000 pieces of high and fine jewelry, fashion, vintage, watches, and diamonds.
Set in Milan’s Brera district, this curated showcase combines modern design with timeless craftsmanship, providing a rare opportunity to buy unique creations from global designers.
