This wine is crafted through a vacuum evaporation process that gently removes the alcohol while preserving the original aromas and flavor profile. In the glass, it shines with a bright straw-yellow hue, while the bouquet bursts with notes of ripe stone fruits and delicate floral hints. On the palate, it’s fresh, well-balanced, and irresistibly lively.
