Golden Arrow is a Nevada gold-silver project with a well-established resource being re-rated in a stronger gold market. Embedded within a largely unexplored~10,000-acre historical district with near-surface open-pit and deep high-grade discovery potential.
RESOURCE BASE
Just under 500,000 AuEq oz already defined – a real starting asset, not a concept. *
GOLD PRICE LEVERAGE
The same resource base is being re-rated in a materially stronger gold market.
UNTAPPED SCALE
Resource covers only a small fraction of
a ~10,000-acre historical district.
FAST-TRACK PATH
Near-surface mineralization supports an open-pit / heap-leach development concept.

THEVALUE DRIVERS
Defined ounces today. Multiple development and discovery catalysts still ahead.
1.IMMEDIATE DEVELOPMENT ANCHOR
Existing defined Nevada resource of just under 500,000 gold-equivalent ounces provides a credible technical and capital-markets starting point.
Known mineralization is concentrated mainly at Gold Coin and Hidden Hill, allowing a focused work plan: updated modelling, metallurgy, pit optimization, permitting strategy and PEA-level economics.
Near-surface mineralization may support a simpler open-pit / heap-leach development concept relative to deeper or more complex underground projects.
2.GOLD PRICE UPSIDE
Golden Arrow was evaluated in a very different gold-price world. In 2018, gold averaged roughly US$1,269/oz; current spot gold is around US$4,635/oz.
A stronger gold-price environment can expand potential pit shells, improve margins, increase recoverable ounces and make previously marginal material more relevant.
3. PROVEN ASSET BASE – NOT AGRASSROOTS STORY
Golden Arrow combines a resource, extensive historic drilling, historical mining evidence and a known epithermal gold-silver system.
This gives Fairchild a credible platform for technical studies, capital markets and potential strategic discussions while avoiding the credibility gap of a pure greenfield story.
4. VAST UNTAPPED PROPERTY POTENTIAL
The current resource occupies only a very small fraction of the ~10,000-acre Golden Arrow land package.
The broader property remains virtually unexplored by modern standards despite extensive historical surface mining and prospecting, much of it dating back to the 1930s and 1940s.
Historical workings across the property suggest mineralization is not confined to the current resource area; modern work could define additional satellite open pits.
5.UNTESTED MERLIN-STYLE DEPTH POTENTIAL
Most historical drilling was relatively shallow and focused on defining the known resource; the deeper system remains largely untested.
The Merlin / Arthur analogue is conceptual, not a claim: AngloGold Ashanti’s Arthur Project, comprising Silicon and Merlin near Beatty, demonstrates that Nevada epithermal systems can host large, high-value discoveries at depth.
AngloGold reports Arthur Probable Mineral Reserves of 4.9 Moz Au at 1.75 g/t Au and 7.8Moz Ag, supporting an initial nine-year mine life and roughly 500,000 oz/year average annual gold production.
GoldenArrow has not yet been meaningfully tested for that deeper style of target -precisely the opportunity.
6. THE RE-RATING THESIS
Defined ounces + development optionality + unexplored district scale + higher gold-price leverage.
Fairchild can pursue two parallel value drivers: fast-track the known near-surface resource and systematically explore the broader historical district.
A stronger market backdrop can transform the value investors assign to the same underlying asset base.
7. INVESTOR TAKEAWAY
Golden Arrow is not simply a legacy resource; it is a Nevada gold-silver platform with a credible existing asset base and a large amount of untested upside.
The project’s value proposition is rare: near-term development optionality plus district-scale exploration leverage in one of the world’s strongest mining jurisdictions”.
