Navigating New Zealand by Private Plane
Departing 22nd September 2027, this 14-day adventure, reserved for just 34 guests, offers the chance to experience the best that New Zealand has to offer. The route weaves through Rotorua and Taupo, Hawkes Bay, Marlborough, Kaikōura and Christchurch before finishing in Queenstown. Highlights include a private sailing on Lake Taupo to view Māori rock carvings, a helicopter flight over Milford Sound, and a light aircraft flight above Kaikōura in search of whales and dolphins.
A wine-lover’s dream, this journey calls at two of New Zealand’s most celebrated wine regions, Hawkes Bay, known for its Bordeaux-style reds, and Marlborough, the country’s flagship Sauvignon Blanc region. Guests visit the likes of Mahi Wines, Greystone Winery and Giants Estate, touring cellars and hearing firsthand from the winemakers behind the vintages, before sampling award-winning wines paired with indulgent lunches, as well as a stay amid a working vineyard at The Marlborough.
The optional Golfer’s Package offers the chance to play five of New Zealand’s iconic courses: Te Arai Links, Wairakei Golf & Sanctuary, Cape Kidnappers, Millbrook Resort and Jack’s Point. A highlight of the experience includes a helicopter flight to Te Arai Links, one of New Zealand’s finest golf courses, framed by pine trees and scenic coastline. The North Course, designed by famed golf course architect, Tom Doak, features a challenging and innovative layout, veering inland through a verdant pine forest.
Accommodation throughout matches the calibre of the journey. Guests begin at the Park Hyatt Auckland with harbour views, before an exclusive two night stay at the world-revered Huka Lodge on the banks of the Waikato River. The route continues to Rosewood Cape Kidnappers overlooking the ocean, The Marlborough with its working vineyard, Sudima Kaikōura for Pacific views, The George in Christchurch, and finally Millbrook Resort in Queenstown, set against a stunning alpine backdrop.
